Her most well-known work is the TV series Cristela which began to air in the year 2014. She was the first Latina to ever create, produce and write her own program for a network. She was born in Texas and later moved into Los Angeles to pursue her professional career. She played in television shows like Sons of Anarchy, General Hospital and Sons of Anarchy.
